Small group classes with international teachers

Our weekly yoga classes are taught in English & Italian (depending on your instructor).

The magic of Sutra : small classes with experienced, international teachers. Our classes are 75 minutes and we have a maximum of 12 students per class.

Each class is designed to help you connect, deeply, with your body and your breath cultivating both strength and tranquility.

Our Classes

We have a simple and clear division of classes on our schedule based on style of practice. If no level is stated, the class is open to all levels, and variations will be given in the class. Explore each offering below and we look forward to welcoming you on the mat.  

Hatha Yoga

This class focuses on foundational yoga postures, along with breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.

It’s a good class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are typically held for an extended period of time to work on alignment, strength and mobility. All levels of experience are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a flow-based yoga class uniting movement and breath, designed to create strength, freedom and fluidity. It’s a good class to get the body moving in a coordinated and balanced way. Relaxation and meditation are always included at the end of the practice. This is a more dynamic practice. All levels of experience are welcome, but some previous experience of yoga is recommended.

Ashtanga Led

Ashtanga yoga is a very dynamic practice

— synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures, which follow the traditional sequence of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. It combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Previous yoga experience highly recommended.

Our Yoga Class Pricing

We offer various classes (and levels) weekly.

We are a boutique studio, with limited space in each class, so we ask (ideally) that you book your class in advance online.
